Plas Panteidal is a popular Holiday Village located some 1½ miles from the noted Harbour village of Aberdyfi. Terms                                   

The property is offered to Let unfurnished under the terms of an Assured Shorthold Tenancy. The rent per calendar month will be £325 plus £15 per month contribution to water and drainage, total £340 per calendar month payable in advance.  The tenant will be responsible for the payment of Council Tax and all utilities/domestic services together with standing charges.

 

Initially a term of 6 months will be offered following which a further term may be granted. A Deposit of £340 is also required at the commencement of the tenancy which will be deposited with an approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme (a larger deposit may be sought from applicants who are smokers).

 

Two references must be provided, at least one by a previous landlord desirable, together with proof of funding with the written application for the tenancy to the Agents.
